Manual Water Meter Read for Inside Meters

2. If you have an inside meter that is being estimated on your bill, this is due to a dead battery in your meter transponder, please submit a manual read to us by completing the form below.  The City reads on a quarterly basis and the read dates are March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1.   Please submit your reads as close to these dates as possible.

   If you have received a door tag from the City of Dayton, please call them at 937-333-3550 as soon as possible to get a meter change out completed so we can start getting electronic reads again.  We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
