Call the city office at 937-833-2135, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to check availability of shelters for rent at Golden Gate Park.
Rentals must be scheduled and paid for 48 hours prior to your desired rental time and date.
Open-Air Shelters
We have eight open-air shelters that are free on a first come-first serve basis. The Pavilion is available to rent, for weddings only.
Enclosed Shelters
We have four enclosed shelters that may be rented from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. All shelters may be rented all day, if available. We offer a discounted rate for residents who live within the Brookville City limits.
- Christena Leiber Center – Large side. Fire capacity is 150 people. Heated and air conditioned.
Residents - $185.00 session. Non-Residents - $195.00 session. - Christena Leiber Center – Kitchen side. Fire capacity is 43 people. Heated and air conditioned.
Residents - $115.00/session. Non-Residents - $125.00/session. - The Christena Leiber Center may be rented as a whole building.
Residents - $280.00/session. Non-Residents - $300.00/Session - Shelter #3 – first enclosed shelter on the left when entering the park. Fire capacity is 99 people. Heated.
Residents - $160.00/session. Non-Residents - $170.00/session.
- Shelter #4 – shelter between the Castle playground and restrooms. Fire capacity is 75 people. Heated.
Residents - $135.00/session. Non-Residents - $145.00/session.
- Pavillion - Maximum rental 2 hours. For weddings only. Residents - $3500/hour. Non-Residents - $45.00/hour.
