The Finance Department is comprised of the Utility Office, Accounts Payable, Receivable and Payroll.

The Department is also responsible for maintaining an inventory of all fixed assets of the City as well as the investments of City funds. The Finance Department oversees and institutes policies and procedures for the collection, deposit and reporting of all monies received by the City.

The Finance Director is responsible for all phases of human resources, labor relations, safety and insurance for the City.

Basic Financial Statement Information

Each year a Basic Financial Statement is prepared. This report provides an overall review of the City's financial activities for the year. A copy is available for review in the Finance Department.
